Time limits – legal matters – 4th June
4th June has been announced in the same Royal Decree (Section 8) as the date when the suspending of time periods for legal matters ends, and that of expiry dates and limitation periods.
Time limits – government offices – 1st June
In the Royal Decree of 23rd May (537/2020) 1st June is given as the day for governmental time limits which have been suspended to be renewed or restarted.
In the BOE (State Official Bulletin) of 28th May the instruction from the General Office of Juridical Security and Public Trust was published, concerning the ending of the suspension of these time limits from 1st June in accordance with this Royal Decree.
